If an account moves to Starter while it has more than two services, Ofértamelo does not delete them. The business can keep reviewing and editing existing services but cannot add more until it is within the plan limit.

What happens if I exceed the included leads?
The widget remains available. Each additional verified lead is charged at the rate shown for the selected plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly. You can stop renewal from the dashboard, and the account remains active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free trial?
No. Ofértamelo does not offer a free trial during the pilot. Choose a paid plan to activate the account.
Do prices include taxes?
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. The applicable amount is shown during billing.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Businesses in Europe are billed in EUR. US businesses are billed in USD. The plan numbers remain the same in each currency.
What is a verified lead?
A customer who completed an estimate request and confirmed their contact details. Unfinished and unverified requests do not count.
Can the same customer activity create extra charges?
Viewing an existing estimate, replying, or booking a visit does not create another lead charge. A new verified estimate request is treated as a new lead.
What happens if I downgrade to Starter with more than two services?
Nothing is deleted. Existing services remain available for review and editing, but additional services cannot be added until the account is within Starter's limit.
Are plan changes shown before I confirm?
Yes. The billing screen presents the applicable charge or credit before the plan change is completed.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. A downgrade may create credit for future invoices rather than a refund to the original payment method.
