Each customer receives their own estimate.
The customer's estimate is available through its individual access link. It does not reveal another customer's information or provide a route into the business dashboard.
Your account stays separate.
A business can access its own services, pricing, leads, messages, and settings. Information from one business is not presented inside another business's account.
AI with a defined role
AI can help explain the job. It does not decide what the job costs.
Ofértamelo may use the customer's description and photos to prepare a clear summary for the estimate.
The price still comes from the rates and choices saved by the business. AI cannot invent a rate, change the price, or replace the business's final judgement.

Calendar
Ofértamelo can check when the business is unavailable and manage the site visits created through the product. It does not need the titles, descriptions, attendees, or notes from other calendar events.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the secure payment service used for subscriptions. Ofértamelo does not store the complete card number.
Email delivery
Only the information needed to deliver the estimate and related messages is included in customer email.
Security should be understandable without a technical glossary.
Protected connections
Information is protected while being sent between the customer, Ofértamelo, and the business.
Private customer files
Customer uploads and estimate documents are not published at open public addresses.
Controlled account access
The dashboard requires an authenticated business account. Customer estimate access does not provide access to the dashboard.

Yes. The account owner can request an export from Settings.
What can Ofértamelo see in my connected calendar?
It can check when you are busy and manage visits created through Ofértamelo. It does not need the contents of unrelated calendar events.
Where can I find retention periods and service-provider details?
